We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Telecom IT BSS/CRM team in Pune. This role is ideal for an individual with solid Salesforce development expertise who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user stories and creating technical designs to development, testing, defect resolution, and solution implementation. The successful candidate will support architectural decision-making, collaborate with global teams, and help deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.What you’ll do

Analyse user stories and contribute to requirement clarification and task breakdown.
Develop, customise and support Salesforce solutions using best practice design principles.
Create low-level technical designs and implement scalable Salesforce applications.
Develop and maintain solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
