Key requirements:

Deep understanding of global and national green building standards, including IGBC, LEED, and EDGE. Certification in green buildings is preferred.
Strong knowledge of ESG issues relevant to the real estate industry, including decarbonization, waste management, green building standards and sustainable construction materials
Deep understanding of ESG reporting and rating frameworks such as GRI, DJSI,



GRESB, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UNGC and MSCI
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders
