Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (Negotiable) + Personal Incentives + Override Team Commission
Commitment: Minimum 2-Year Mandatory Contractual Agreement

Role Overview
The BD Team Lead will head sales and expansion operations across key territories. This dual-impact role involves driving high-value individual conversions while mentoring, monitoring, and leading a team of sales executives to hit monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations: Lead and mentor a team of BDEs. Conduct daily huddles, review pipelines, refine pitches,



and optimize conversion rates to earn override team commissions.
Key Account Acquisition: Drive high-level B2B sales processes, qualify prospective distributors/buyers, address objections, and close enterprise deals.
Reporting & QA: Maintain sales records, track daily/weekly performance metrics, and submit actionable updates to leadership.

2. Business Development Executive (BDE)
Positions Available: 10
Target Eligibility: Female Candidates Only
Target Regions: Maharashtra (Pune), Gujarat, Delhi, Punjab, Assam, West Bengal, Haryana
Experience Required: 0 to 3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Tele-sales (Driven freshers welcomed).
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (Negotiable) + High Performance-Based Incentives
Commitment: Minimum 2-Year Mandatory Contractual Agreement
