As a Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, demonstrating, and implementing enterprise-level SaaS, chatbot, conversational AI, and CPaaS solutions for clients.



This is a highly client-facing role that combines solid communication and consultative skills with hands-on technical execution.
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements, define the scope of work, conduct solution reviews, and deliver customized solutions using APIs, conversational AI, automation platforms, and emerging AI development tools.
The ideal candidate is confident in customer interactions, able to convince and influence stakeholders, and comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to build solutions, prototypes, code, and reusable technical artifacts.
