What will you be responsible for?
As Senior Manager – HRBP for Providence India, you will be a strategic people partner to senior business leaders, helping translate business priorities into high-impact talent, organization, and culture outcomes. This role requires a robust balance of business acumen, HR depth, sound judgment, and execution discipline. You will partner with leaders to anticipate people needs, shape scalable solutions, enable leadership effectiveness, strengthen caregiver engagement, and build organizational capability for sustained growth.

You will partner with the External Services pillar, a growth-critical business function focused on go-to-market execution, practice building, new health system onboarding, governance, and delivery excellence. As the single point of accountability for talent imperatives, people metrics, and delivery governance, you will engage across the deal lifecycle and post-onboarding journey, partnering closely with business and client HR stakeholders. The role will also shape future-ready frameworks, playbooks,



and AI-enabled HR strategies that support scale, agility, and differentiated business outcomes.

In this role, you will be expected to:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into clear people priorities, workforce plans, and organization actions.
Own the people agenda for the External Services pillar, including talent strategy, engagement, leadership enablement, organization design, and governance rhythms.
Use data, workforce insights, and business context to anticipate talent risks, identify opportunities, and influence decisions with measurable people and business impact.
Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and performance enablement practices that build future-ready capability.
