Accountabilities:




The Affiliate EAP Counsellor will provide qualified counselling services while ensuring adherence to clinical standards, documentation requirements, and operational processes. The role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, and the ability to support employees through diverse personal and workplace-related challenges.
Deliver confidential counselling sessions through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic channels based on assigned cases and client needs.
Apply evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused therapeutic approaches tailored to workplace wellness and employee support.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring all case notes are completed within required timelines and meet quality standards.
Follow established case authorization procedures and ensure counselling services are initiated only through approved processes.
