The Role:
Centralized Access Control (CAC) Analyst operates as a specialized function within the Apex Group Global IT Service Desk.



The team is responsible for the secure and timely revocation of user access to the application, ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
This includes monitoring and processing access termination requests, deactivating accounts for leavers, movers, or role changes, and maintaining accurate documentation for SOC and internal audits. The CAC Analyst also supports the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborates with other IT and business teams to safeguard systems and data.
The position reports to the IT Service Desk Manager and may require working in staggered shifts (+/- 3 hours from core business hours) based on business requirements. A weekend working on a rotational basis will also be required, depending on operational needs.
