The purpose of this role is to support and maintain the dentsu Workfront global application within Global Business Platforms architecture providing a reliable, scalable, maintainable and highly available application services to the business.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities -
Provide Adobe Workfront platform support to the agreed SLA’s leveraging the support resources internally and with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
Proactively monitor & maintain the Workfront system components to ensure quality & performance is consistently high for our end-users.
Provide support on user managements, future deployments, product releases and new configuration upgrades to the Adobe Workfront platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure support operations consistently meet evolving organizational needs.
Ensure application support documentation is maintained and stored in a central repository.
Work across the teams, peers and vendors to help continue the development of a Continuous Improvement ethos making the support services we provide best in class with a proactive approach.




Experience and Skills and Knowledge
Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
Experience in Workfront a SaaS platform for Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management and also in Service Now or similar ticketing tools.
Knowledge and ability to interrogate code and configs to fix issues.
Experience supporting global applications/platforms.
Strong delivery focus and passion for quality and innovation.
