Position Overview

The Manager, Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating

organizational risk across all operational areas. This role serves as the primary point of contact for

contract review, insurance program management, and claims administration. This individual

partners closely with Legal, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to protect the

organization's interests, maintain regulatory compliance, and support strategic transactions and

business initiatives.

Contract Risk & Legal Review: Review, negotiate, and maintain contractual risk language across all agreements, including indemnification, liability, and insurance provisions; develop standard templates and approved language libraries in collaboration with legal counsel and department heads.
