Position Overview

North American is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Human Resources to lead day-to-day HR operations and support the people needs of North American and its affiliated companies.

Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, this individual will oversee core HR processes, including

onboarding, offboarding, benefits and retirement plan administration, associate relations, performance

support, compliance, and associate records. The Manager will work closely with company leaders and external partners to ensure HR practices are consistent, responsive, and aligned with business needs.

This position is well suited for an HR professional who combines strong judgment, discretion, organization, and a service-oriented approach with the ability to operate independently in a complex, multi-entity environment.

Human Resources Operations

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, processes, documentation, and associate records.
Manage onboarding, employment changes, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
Maintain consistent, efficient, and compliant HR practices across the organization.




Develop and improve HR procedures, templates, communications, and administrative processes.
Partner with EMS and the Director, Business Operations on HR strategy, workforce needs, and

organizational priorities.

Advise managers on performance management, associate relations, policy interpretation,

documentation, and workplace matters.

Support organizational changes, workforce planning, and other business-driven HR initiatives.

Perks And Retirement Plan Administration

Oversee 401(k) administration, compliance documentation, associate communications, and

coordination with plan partners.

Support benefits administration, enrollment, eligibility, qualifying life events, and associate

inquiries.

Coordinate annual activities, including open enrollment, audits, compliance testing, required

notices, and plan reporting.
