Role Description The Construction Contracts Manager is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. The manager will monitor contract performance,



manage variations and claims, and maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the design and project management teams, tracking budgets and timelines, mitigating contractual risk, and supporting resolution of disputes. The role requires regular on-site interaction with stakeholders to ensure that contract terms support safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial terms, and relevant legal frameworks, preferably within architecture and planning or infrastructure projects.
Experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and administration for multi-stakeholder construction projects.
Proficiency in project documentation, budgeting, cost control, and reporting using common office and project management tools.
