Job Description :
Lead requirements elicitation with business, risk, compliance, and InfoSec stakeholders
Develop and maintain FRDs, and functional specifications, including:
End‑to‑end workflows
Data models and attributes
Role‑based permissions and behaviors
Integration touchpoints (e.g., Archer, Databricks, reporting feeds)
Edge cases and exception handling
Translate regulatory and policy requirements into build‑ready, testable requirements
Create and manage JIRA stories with clear acceptance criteria
Decompose complex GRC processes into executable functional scenarios
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
Act as the primary functional and product contact for the Makoto platform
Engage with senior stakeholders across Compliance,



Risk, InfoSec, Finance, and Operations
Provide structured, actionable feedback to the SAI360 vendor
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/PO
Technical and functional requirements analysis.
Strong experience owning enterprise platforms in regulated environments
Proven ability to write high‑qualityFRDs, and functional specifications
Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Agile delivery
Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and platform configuration
Demonstrated ability to make decisions under ambiguity and competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GRC platforms (SAI360, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar)
Domain knowledge in:
Risk & control frameworks
Regulatory assessments and obligations
Audit, issue management, and remediatio
