About the Role

This is not a traditional operations role.
As the Digital Operations Lead, you will own the fulfillment engine behind every influencer campaign. Your primary responsibility is ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, at scale, and with exceptional quality.
You'll design scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, manage campaign fulfillment, build high-performing teams, and work closely with Sales, Product,



and Creator Operations to ensure seamless execution.

What You'll Own

Campaign Fulfillment & Execution
Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns from kickoff to completion.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time while meeting quality and performance standards.
Build scalable workflows that enable productive campaign fulfillment across hundreds or thousands of creators.
Drive operational excellence across every stage of campaign delivery.

Demand Planning
Partner with the Sales team to forecast campaign demand and operational capacity.
Build execution plans that balance creator availability, timelines, and delivery requirements.
Ensure operational readiness for high-volume campaign launches.

Process Design & Automation
Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs ac
