Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance marketing, lead generation, and digital visibility across our portfolio.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a performance marketer who combines creative thinking with analytical rigor — someone who can turn insights into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Meta, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for weddings,



social catering, and venue bookings.
Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure robust ROI.
Develop A/B testing strategies to enhance CTR, conversion rate, and CPA.
Funnel Optimization & Conversion Growth
Map and optimize the customer journey across awareness, inquiry, and conversion stages.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and close feedback loops.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to boost conversions.
Website, SEO & Product Experience
Lead SEO, UX, and CRO initiatives to enhance digital performance and lead flow.
Work with agencies and internal teams to optimize website content, design, and CTAs.
Build dashboards and analytics reports to track funnel performance and insights.
Partnerships & Digital Visibility
Manage relationships with event aggregator platforms and digital marketplaces.
Identify new digital channels and technologies to expand lead-ge
