Roles & Responsibilities

1. Test Planning and Execution

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for different stages of the software development lifecycle.
Ensure comprehensive testing (functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT) is done in alignment with project requirements.
2 .Bug Reporting and Tracking

Identify, report, and track defects found during testing in a bug-tracking system.
Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
3. Automation Testing

Familiarity with automation testing tools to streamline testing processes and assist with automation strategy.
Explore opportunities to create and maintain automated test scripts.
4 . Collaboration

Work closely with developers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products.
Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to discuss testing strategies, progress, and any roadblocks.
5. Continuous Learning

Continuously enhance your skills, keeping up with industry trends, tools, and methodologies.




Show a proactive approach to learning, especially in adopting new technologies and tools that help improve efficiency in QA processes.
6. Documentation

Maintain clear and concise documentation of all test cases, test results, and test reports.
Create reports and documentation to present test findings and suggest improvements.

Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of experience in QA testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
Freshers can also apply.
Experience in manual and automated testing.
Good understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum).
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or similar testing tools is a plus.
Basic programming skills are advantageous.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Japanese language skills are a plus, or willingness to learn).
