Role Description The Principal Sales Designer (Interior Industry Only) is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on leading client consultations to understand lifestyle needs and translating them into tailored interior solutions, including complete home and specialized kitchen and bath design concepts. The Principal Sales Designer will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and showroom walk-ins to design proposals, presentations,



and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include preparing design layouts and mood boards, coordinating site visits and measurements, and collaborating with the design and execution teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and timelines. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing proactive customer service, tracking project progress, and contributing to revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling of services and products.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Proficiency in Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design to create practical, aesthetic, and detailed design solutions aligned with client needs and budgets.
