Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
· ServiceNow Platform Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform.
· ServiceNow Products: ITSM, CSM and FSM. Any additional product line would be a benefit.
· Scripting Languages: Robust knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting
· APIs and Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for integrating ServiceNow with other systems
· Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
· Database Management: Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
· ITIL Framework: Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
· Agile Development Process: Experience with working within an agile development process.
· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently, to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and in a team environment.
