Role Description The Quantity Surveyor role at MAARS Design is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai.



The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating project costs, and supporting budgeting for residential architecture and interior design projects. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring costs against budgets, analyzing variations, preparing cost reports, and advising project teams on financial implications of design decisions. The role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining design quality and project timelines. The Quantity Surveyor will also assist in tender documentation, contract administration, and post-contract cost control through regular updates and clear communication with stakeholders.
