We are seeking an accomplished Head of Architecture and Engineering – Commercial Lending to define and execute the technology strategy for large-scale commercial lending platforms. This executive leadership role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, engineering leadership, and financial technology who are passionate about driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across complex enterprise ecosystems.
As the Head of Architecture and Engineering, you will lead the strategic direction for architecture, engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, testing, data, and AI capabilities that power commercial lending solutions. Working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams, you will establish scalable technology roadmaps, up-to-date engineering practices,



and governance frameworks while ensuring platforms remain secure, resilient, compliant, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise architecture and engineering strategy for commercial lending technology platforms.
Lead large, multidisciplinary teams across architecture, software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, testing, business analysis, systems analysis, data, and AI.
Establish technology standards, governance frameworks, and best practices that ensure scalability, resilience, security, and regulatory compliance.
Drive modernization initiatives by adopting cloud-native architectures, Agile delivery models, DevOps practices, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities.
Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic business priorities.
