Role Description The High School Mathematics Teacher will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned mathematics lessons to students in grades 8–12, with a focus on topics such as algebra and related high school math concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing lessons, explaining concepts clearly, guiding students through problem-solving, assigning and assessing homework, and preparing learners for school exams and entrance tests. The teacher will monitor student progress,



provide constructive feedback, and maintain a supportive classroom environment that encourages questions and critical thinking. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular classroom instruction and collaboration with other faculty members.
Qualifications
Robust subject-matter expertise in Mathematics, including Algebra and other high school topics
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum alignment for middle and high school levels
Experience teaching Middle School and High School learners in a classroom setting
Clear, effective Communication skills for explaining concepts and interacting with students and families
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
Prior teaching or coaching experience in board exam or entrance exam preparation is an advantage
Ability to manage classroom dynamics, maintain discipline, and support diverse learning needs
