As a Quality & Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting governance, risk, and compliance initiatives that enable secure, high-quality software delivery for highly regulated industries. You will help maintain quality management systems, coordinate compliance activities, and contribute to audit readiness across multiple industry standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure policies, documentation, and operational processes remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. Accountabilities:
Manage day-to-day quality management system (QMS) operations, ensuring documentation, records, and compliance activities remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Coordinate and respond to customer security and quality questionnaires by maintaining reusable response libraries and delivering timely, high-quality submissions.
Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives across multiple regulatory and certification frameworks, including evidence collection, tracking, and reporting.
Assist with audit preparation, certification activities, and remediation efforts by coordinating documentation and monitoring compliance milestones.
