About the Role
HomeArt Design Studio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their design requirements and lifestyle.
Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
Develop concept designs, mood boards, and material palettes.
Create detailed drawings and coordinate with the execution team.
Visit project sites for measurements and design supervision.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients throughout the project.
Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining design quality.

Requirements




Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion or other 3D visualization software.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.
Solid communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of site execution and BOQ preparation.
Experience in turnkey interior projects.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
