What you’ll do:
Eaton announced, on June 11, 20206, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the current company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will manage, plan, coordinate and lead the deployment of the Continuous Improvement Framework, Industry 4.0, Eaton Lean & Six Sigma System throughout the Plant facility in support of strategic goals and objectives.
• Lead the deployment of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Framework, Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives across the plant.
• Develop and implement the site Lean, Six Sigma,



and Industry 4.0 strategy aligned with business objectives and the overall CI vision.
• Drive operational excellence by utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct operational assessments and identify opportunities for short-term and long-term business improvements.
• Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives to achieve plant cost-out targets.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen Events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Needle Mover Projects, and other Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and train teams on Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Analyze operational performance metrics, conduct management reviews, and develop action plans to close performance gaps.
