ROLE SUMMARY:
As the GHL Nexus AI and Collateral Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and ongoing improvement of Jumpfactor’s GHL-based outbound, intent, nurture, automation, and AI systems.

You will take projects from start to finish, combining technical execution with strong marketing judgment to build scalable campaigns, workflows, AI agents, and reusable collateral for MSP and IT clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the strategy and execution of Jumpfactor’s GHL, outbound, intent, nurture, and automation systems
Build and manage workflows, automations, APIs, webhooks, and integrations across GoHighLevel, n8n, HubSpot, and other platforms
Use AI agents to automate campaign setup, lead engagement, qualification, follow-up, appointment booking, and reporting
Build and optimize cold outbound, email nurture, SMS, funnel, pipeline, and conversational AI workflows
Develop campaign messaging, copy, CTAs, offers, segmentation, and conversion paths
Ensure campaigns are both technically sound and aligned with lead generation and bus
