Overview
The Head, Outreach leads Prayoga’s fundraising function, driving strategy, donor acquisition, and long-term donor partnerships to achieve the organisation's fundraising goals.
Working closely with the management, Executive Chairman and functions across Prayoga, this role provides strategic direction across the fundraising lifecycle from opportunity identification and donor engagement to partnership growth, while ensuring delivery of donor commitments and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Fundraising Strategy & Planning – Lead the development and execution of Prayoga’s fundraising strategy by defining funding priorities, donor portfolio strategies, annual targets, and resource mobilization plans that are aligned with the institution’s strategic goals, programmatic ambitions, and long-term sustainability objectives.
• Donor Acquisition & Opportunity Development – Drive the identification, assessment, cultivation,



and conversion of funding opportunities across philanthropic foundations, CSR partners, institutional donors, government agencies, and individual contributors to build a diversified and sustainable funding pipeline.
• Donor Management & Partnership Growth – Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with donors and strategic partners by ensuring meaningful engagement, high-quality stewardship, timely reporting, fulfillment of commitments, and the development of opportunities for deeper collaboration and portfolio growth.
• Fundraising Operations, Performance & Organisational Collaboration – Oversee fundraising performance, pipeline management, proposal development, donor reporting, and internal coordination by working closely with programmatic, research, finance, communications, and leadership teams to ensure effective execution of fundraising priorities and donor commitments.
