We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team in Bangalore. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience in end-to-end GL accounting, and exposure to shared services operations within the ITES industry.




The incumbent will support financial close activities, reconciliations, payroll accounting, audits, and reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IGAAP, and Ind AS. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced workplace.
This role will also play a critical part in advancing automation and Agentic AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency, financial visibility, and reporting effectiveness.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Manage end-to-end General Ledger (GL) accounting and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, intercompany transactions, and other accounting adjustments.
Record bank payment entries and perform periodic bank reconciliations.
Liaise with AP, Tax, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate GL balances.
