Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The BDM will identify and pursue new business opportunities in architectural and façade lighting, focusing on developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality brands, and high-end residential clients. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals and quotations, and managing negotiations to close projects. The role involves coordinating closely with design and engineering teams to align client requirements with technical solutions, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and building long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and account management. The BDM will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and participate in industry events to strengthen brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
