What would you do? As a Senior Manager Techno-Functional Expert, you will own and lead large-scale, complex AI and ML-enabled HR technology transformation programs.
You will be the strategic bridge between Talent and HR functional leadership and technical teams, responsible for shaping solution architecture, driving innovation, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to realize digital reinvention at scale. This role demands visionary leadership, deep HR domain expertise, advanced Python development skills, and proficiency in AI/ML implementation across enterprise HR systems. The Talent and HR domain focuses on reinventing HR as a strategic enabler of enterprise growth. Key priorities include operating model design, HRIS optimization, hyperautomation leveraging Human+Machine models, AI-powered decision-making, and workforce agility improvements. This domain helps clients achieve measurable outcomes such as 50% reduction in operational costs and 40% faster time-to-hire, while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
