Role Description The Salon Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Schön Salon’s Malavalli unisex location. The Salon Manager oversees daily operations, including staff scheduling, service coordination, and ensuring a smooth client experience from check-in to check-out. This role includes supervising and coaching salon team members, maintaining service quality standards, managing inventory and supplies,



and ensuring hygiene and safety protocols are consistently followed. The Salon Manager handles client inquiries, manages bookings, supports local marketing initiatives, and helps build strong customer relationships. The role also involves tracking basic financial performance metrics such as sales, targets, and expenses, and reporting them to leadership.
Qualifications
Experience in salon or spa management, including team leadership, staff scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
Solid customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment.
Knowledge of salon services and products, with the ability to guide clients and support service quality standards.
Basic business and administrative skills, such as handling bookings, managing inventory, monitoring sales, and maintaining records.
Ability to train, motivate, and mentor
