Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting real estate and construction project offerings, and guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The Commission Sales Associate will conduct property visits, maintain detailed records of leads and client interactions, and follow up regularly to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.



The role includes collaborating with project and site teams to understand project specifications, preparing basic sales materials, and negotiating terms within established guidelines. The individual will be expected to meet sales targets, provide prompt customer service, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications

Solid client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Proven ability in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
Basic understanding of property types, construction projects, and local real estate market dynamics in Patna and surrounding areas.
Ability to manage leads and follow-up activities in an organized manner, with attention to detail and timely reporting.
Comfort with in office work, including property visits and meetings with clients, partners, and project teams.
