Position Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions with a focus on US recruitment and US payroll operations. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.



The candidate will ensure smooth HR processes aligned with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager and support overall HR strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end US recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screening interviews for W-2 providers, 1099 providers, Office Assistants, and other support staff to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role
Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates, healthcare providers, hiring managers, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, background verification coordination, employment documentation, and joining formalities
