We are looking for a Software (Technical) Support Engineer to increase the Team in Bengaluru, India
Key Responsibilities
Virtual Machine Support – Support and maintain a large cluster of virtual machines (VMs) running multiple Microsoft Windows OS (Server 2008 / Server 2019 / Windows 10 / CE 7 / etc.) with custom configuration and software interacting over a VLAN environment. Develop and release updated virtual machines for new product introductions – updated OS / software baseline. Maintain custom software configuration sets for existing product releases. Knowledge of VMWare infrastructure and functional operations required.
System Software Troubleshooting – Microsoft/Networking/App
