Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Advisor role based in Vijayawada East. The Travel Advisor will consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and travel goals, and then propose suitable itineraries, destinations, and packages. Daily responsibilities include making travel arrangements such as booking transportation, accommodations, and tours, coordinating with partner agencies, and ensuring all travel documents and confirmations are accurate. The role also involves responding to inquiries,



handling changes or cancellations, maintaining client records, and following up after trips to support customer satisfaction. The Travel Advisor will collaborate with colleagues to improve services, share destination knowledge, and help promote VK Tours’ offerings.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to clearly explain options, policies, and itineraries.
Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodations, and tours with attention to accuracy and timelines.
Experience working in or with a Travel Agency or similar travel services setting, understanding industry practices and vendor coordination.
