Overview

LegalZoom’s People & Places team is seeking a People Operations & Office Administration Lead to serve as a high-judgment operational people leader in our Bengaluru office. This role is a hybrid function that blends core HR partnership and local site operations/office support. The person in this role will help deliver a positive employee experience and excel in communication, professionalism, relationship building, and trust. The ideal candidate will execute day-to-day HR operations with rigor, actively listen, empathetically coach managers through routine people matters, partner across centralized People functions, and exercise a high degree of ownership and accountability.
