Who We're Hiring For

Someone who can sit in the middle of a client engagement and actually make sense of it.

This isn't project management, and it isn't pure consulting. It's both — the judgment to know when to lead with strategy and when to lead with execution. You'll run discovery, turn messy business problems into scoped work, and stay accountable for the engagement through delivery, keeping Sales, Solution Architecture, and Delivery/CSM in sync.

What You'll Do

Discovery & Business Consulting — run discovery that goes past the surface ask, understand the business model and GTM motion, turn it into scoped problem statements and a solution path that fits the client
Client Relationship & Experience — own the relationship through delivery, single point of accountability for engagement health, expectations, and communication
Project Governance — keep visibility across several engagements, coordinate priorities, watch project health, flag drift early
Delivery Enablement — give Solution Architects business context before they design, clarify requirements, hold the line on scope
Revenue Operations Consulting — advise on how marketing, sales, and service ops work together, improve lifecycle reporting, help CRM adoption stick
Commercial Awareness — know each account cold, spot expansion opportunities
