Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for a wide range of Non-IT positions across the United States. The recruiter should possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while consistently meeting hiring targets.
The successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers,



Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Hiring Managers to fulfill client requirements within defined turnaround times while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT positions.
Analyze client job requirements and understand hiring expectations.
Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice (when applicable), Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
Perform Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates.
Recruit candidates for Contract (C2C, W2, 1099), Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time opportunities.
Screen resumes and conduct detailed phone interviews to evaluate technical and skilled qualifications.
