About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing department and drive business growth across multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in digital strategy, paid advertising, SEO, automation, CRM management, and marketing analytics.

The candidate must have hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM setup, sales funnels, workflow automation, lead nurturing, pipeline management, and client communication automation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

* Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
* Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
* Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
* Drive qualified lead generation across multiple business verticals.





Paid Advertising

* Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels.
* Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
* Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability.

GoHighLevel (GHL)

* Build and manage sales funnels.
* Create automated workflows and campaigns.
* Configure CRM pipelines and opportunity stages.
* Design lead nurturing sequences using Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
* Implement appointment booking systems.
* Develop automation for lead assignment and follow-ups.
* Manage reputation management and review automation.
* Integrate third-party tools using Zapier, Make, APIs, and Webhooks.
* Monitor funnel performance and conversion metrics.

SEO & Website Optimization

* Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
* Improve website performance and search engine rankings.
* Collaborate with developers for websit
