5+ years of Workday functional consulting experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Leave Management and Absence Management.
Experience configuring leave types, accruals, eligibility rules, carryover rules, and leave calendars.
Knowledge of HR and Payroll impacts related to employee leaves and absences.
Experience with Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, and reporting.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with client stakeholders.
