The Challenge:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about delivering software implementations and building excellent relationships with our customers.
As a Project Coordinator you will own guided onboarding and small project success from start to completion. You will coordinate across Sales, Product, implementation and support to be an advocate for onetrust and the customer
Your Mission:
Provide a transparent journey and onboarding experience ensuring customer satisfaction. As the single point of contact you will manage engagement scope, resources and timelines. Providing clarity throughout to the customer.
As an implementation project coordinator you will:
Engagement lead for our "guided onboarding" & small projects
Provide clear & managed onboarding journey to the customer
Organize and provide Project Initiation, Kick Offs & Implementation Close
Plan creation, management & ongoing status reporting. Manage project scope, risks and issues.
Set clear prioritization, objectives & expectations with the customer
Drive project momentum from workshop initiation to completion with focus on adoption
