Role Description The Certified Pilates Instructor will lead Reformer Pilates and related group sessions, providing safe, effective, and inclusive instruction tailored to diverse client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering classes, offering modifications and progressions, tracking client progress, and maintaining a clean, welcoming studio environment. The instructor will educate clients on proper alignment, breathing, and technique,



while promoting long-term wellness and body awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, with expectations to collaborate with the team on client engagement, retention initiatives, and occasional studio events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Pilates Instruction, with the ability to design and lead Reformer-based sessions safely and effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise and Teaching, including managing diverse fitness levels and creating inclusive, motivating class experiences.
Candidates should possess skills in Physical Therapy or a related movement science discipline, or have a solid understanding of anatomy, injury prevention, and modifications.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and the ability to build positive, long-term client relationships.
