We are looking for an experienced BDE - US Staffing & Recruitment. The ideal candidate must have their own direct clients and hard-core sales experience in US IT staffing/recruitment, with extensive direct experience working with US clients. This role requires a proven track record of managing client relationships, meeting targets, and delivering results within high turnaround time expectations.

Key Requirements:

Must have own direct clients and hard-core sales experience in US IT staffing/recruitment
Extensive direct experience working with US clients in the IT staffing/recruitment industry
Strong record of achieving sales, delivery, and account growth targets
Ability to manage client expectations and maintain long-term business relationships
Experience handling high TAT requirements with strong ownership and follow-through
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing, recruitment, or consulting environment
