Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and customer-oriented female Telecaller Executive for our Australian Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a clear and neutral accent, and the ability to understand and engage with Australian customers professionally. Key Responsibilities





Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow up with customers when required.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

Female candidates only.
6 months to 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process (preferably Australian).
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, and fluent accent.
Strong listening and comprehension skills with the ability to understand Australian customers.
Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
