We are looking for a proactive and organized Trainee Producer to support the production of YouTube podcasts. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of content production, be comfortable managing video files, and assist the team in ensuring a smooth workflow from shoot to post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize, label, and manage podcast footage and project folders.
- Clip, arrange, and merge media files for the editing team.




- Coordinate with editors and the production team to ensure timely delivery of episodes.
- Assist during podcast shoots by managing production requirements.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure all assets are properly backed up.
- Help with episode planning, documentation, and production coordination.
- Support the team with other day-to-day production tasks as required.

Requirements:

- 0–1 year of experience in media production, YouTube content, or podcast production.
- Basic understanding of video production workflows.
- Familiarity with file management and media organization.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for digital content, podcasts, and YouTube.
