Trainee Installation Engineer
£24,000 - £28,000 a year based on experience.
An exciting role has become available for a self-motivated person with a mechanical mindset to join our expanding LEV Installation team. The successful applicant will be ideally located in and around the Redditch area.
An exciting role has become available for a self-motivated person with a mechanical mindset to join our expanding Installation team. The successful applicant will be ideally located in and around the Redditch area.
Responsible to the Installation Manager and Operations Director, the role is to support the Fitting team with installation of industrial bespoke extraction systems in all industries nationwide.
Duties Include:
- Assist with installation of extraction systems on customer’s premises.
- Regular use of scissor lifts & cherry pickers.
- Maintaining stocks of standard parts and spare parts on service vehicle.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment used are maintained in valuable working order.
Health & Safety:
- To observe and practice all Health & Safety Regulations issued by the company, and those of the companies in which you work.
- To observe environmental issues about bagging and labelling of waste materials.
General:
- To always represent the Company in a positive and professional manner.
- To ensure that the vehicle is maintained and kept in a clean and presentable condition.
- Feedback on any sales opportunities and customer comments.
- To participate in meetings as arranged by the company.
- To participate in any training courses, internally or externally, set up by the company and apply that training into your daily routines.
- Work with team colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
