- Maintain security settings and access controls.
- Customize objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Configure workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Handle data import and export activities.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.

- Complete assigned training and certifications related to CRM administration.
