Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Trade Marketing Executive to strengthen our retail presence across General Trade and Modern Trade channels. The role involves planning and executing trade marketing initiatives, managing in-store branding and merchandising, coordinating POSM deployment, supporting distributor and retailer activation programs, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to drive visibility and sales performance.
The ideal candidate is proactive,
analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful retail experiences.
Qualifications
- 2–7 years of Trade Marketing experience
- Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Nutraceuticals, or OTC industry
- Hands-on experience in General Trade and/or Modern Trade
- Solid knowledge of merchandising, retail activation, and POSM execution
- Experience in trade schemes, retailer engagement, and market execution
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Smart, presentable, self-driven, and a strong team player
- Willingness to travel as required
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
