Job Title: Head – TPA (Third-Party Administration)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – TPA to lead our hospital's TPA and insurance operations in Panvel. The ideal candidate will oversee cashless and reimbursement claims, manage the TPA team, coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure timely claim processing with maximum patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the hospital's TPA and insurance department.

Supervise cashless and reimbursement claim processes.

Coordinate with insurance companies and TPA representatives for approvals and settlements.

Ensure timely submission of pre-authorization requests and claim documentation.

Resolve claim-related issues and escalations efficiently.

Monitor pending claims, rejections, and settlements to improve turnaround time.

Train and guide the TPA team on processes and compliance.

Coordinate with billing, IPD, OPD, doctors, and other hospital departments.





Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate records.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in TPA, health insurance, or hospital administration.

Strong knowledge of cashless insurance, reimbursement claims, and TPA procedures.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
