Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop full 3D mold designs in accordance with customer specifications and standards.

- Prepare 3D mould assemblies and 2D manufacturing drawings.

- Develop mould concepts including gating, cooling, ejection, and slider/lifter mechanisms.

- Perform mould flow analysis coordination (if required).

- Create BOM (Bill of Materials) and manufacturing documentation.

- Coordinate with tool room and vendors during mould manufacturing and assembly.

- Conduct design reviews and implement design improvements.

- Support mould trials, troubleshooting, and engineering changes.

- Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

- Maintain design records and revision control.

- Extensive experience designing ZINC and ALUMINIUM DIE CAST products.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Design professionals who can work independently and in a team workplace are needed.

- Proficiency in NX software for mold design
