Hiring Alert | Title Examiner/ Title Search (WFH | US Shift)

We are looking for experienced Title Professionals to join our growing team supporting US mortgage and title operations.

Role Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in Title Review, Title Examination, Title Search Review, or Title Commitment Preparation
- Strong understanding of title-related documents, including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, easements, and legal descriptions
- Experience reviewing and analyzing full title search products to identify title defects, encumbrances, and other title-related issues
- Ability to interpret complex title documents and determine the impact on property ownership and marketability
- Experience preparing or reviewing Title Commitments, identifying requirements and exceptions
- Strong knowledge of title insurance processes, title curative activities, and risk assessment
- Experience working with US title companies, lenders, mortgage servicers,



or real estate service providers
- Ability to research, analyze, and resolve title discrepancies with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members is an added advantage

Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home

Shift: US Shift

Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 30 days maximum

Significant: Candidates must have hands-on experience in Title Examination, Full Title Search Review, and/or Title Commitment Preparation. Experience limited to Current Owner Search (COS) reviews only may not be sufficient for this role. Strong knowledge of title products, document analysis, and identifying title issues is mandatory.
