· Aligning self with the existing progressive pedagogical practices, tools and technologies





· Establishing systems, processes and policies and orienting team for adherence of the same

· Excellent interpersonal, IT & Communication Skills

· Promoting independent and team research work

. Working closely with leadership team for the monthly review and strategic planning

. Help team in the department in their professional development Expected Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, abilities, outlooks, age groups and nationalities

Ability to withstand physical and mental stress
